[Nick McGowan]: Hey Jeevan, welcome to the show how you doing, man? [Jeevan Matharu]: I’m really good thanks and thank you very much for having me on, Nick. [Nick McGowan]: yeah absolutely i appreciate your reaching outyou know i was looking through some of
[Nick McGowan]: your background and what you’re what you’regetting into and what you’ve done so far
[Nick McGowan]: and i’m excited to have you onthe show i love when i get to
[Nick McGowan]: be able to have people on theshow that aren’t part of this same culture
[Nick McGowan]: that i’m in or even in thesame country and i’m sure people can tell
[Nick McGowan]: right off the bat just by hearingyou say any sort of words it’s not
[Nick McGowan]: like you’re from philly like i amso
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: appreciate your being on and why don’tyou give some context what do you do
[Nick McGowan]: for a living and one thing thatmost people don’t know about you
[Jeevan Matharu]: i mean as with anyone these daysis you
[Nick McGowan]: course [Jeevan Matharu]: know when you’re trying to become avaluable person you’ll have a few things on
[Jeevan Matharu]: the go as you probably know [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: i don’t know what you do outsideof the podcast but you’ve probably got a
[Jeevan Matharu]: few things that you’re you’re sof doingso
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: historically i’ve worked in [Nick McGowan]: yah [Jeevan Matharu]: wealth management so being a financial adviserand a retirement planet essentially for elderly should
[Jeevan Matharu]: we call it that are [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: looking to accumulate some of the assetsthey’ve built up over time i came to
[Jeevan Matharu]: the conclusion quite a number of yearsback that had other things to offer
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: so actually wrote a book called becomea person of value which i’m sure will
[Jeevan Matharu]: come to talk about at some pointbut predominantly that book is split into twenty
[Jeevan Matharu]: five to thirty chapters splits out areasthat help people grow into as you’ve said
[Jeevan Matharu]: mastery that may be how to setgoals correctly how to understand
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: your own psychology how to continue tomotivate yourself self improvement on a more general
[Jeevan Matharu]: basis looking at personality types et ceteraso you can see that all of those
[Jeevan Matharu]: chapters are aligned self improvement over all [Nick McGowan]: my [Jeevan Matharu]: but split down into sort of thosemore nice areas that really come together to
[Jeevan Matharu]: help you create your own value soyou know a lot of the time as
[Jeevan Matharu]: you’ll know yourself and many people tendto
[Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: seek money so you know looking forthat
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: quick move that quick book that selfthat get rich quick scheme et cetera that
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: doesn’t exist [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: and they don’t want to actually becomesome one who’s valuable provide value which then
[Jeevan Matharu]: will provide remuneration later on it mightnot be instant
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: gratification that’s fine but it’s something thatis a long term process and you now
[Jeevan Matharu]: mastery is not a two week jobis something that you have
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: to dedicate time to over [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: the longer so that’s [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: the sort of first book we allcome on to the second book as well
[Jeevan Matharu]: in terms of coaching so that’s reallyoff the back of book me wanting to
[Jeevan Matharu]: offer more of a personal service tothose who want to look at the more
[Jeevan Matharu]: specific of their situation you know thebook is a more generic and general go
[Jeevan Matharu]: to manual essentially that maybe [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: doesn’t have that personal connection that someonewants to talk about their situation and have
[Jeevan Matharu]: someone of base ideas with them sothat’s where the coaching comes in that’s called
[Jeevan Matharu]: vanquished transformation al coaching and that’s somethingi’m very passionate about helping people become the
[Jeevan Matharu]: best person they can be because atthe end of the day you know if
[Jeevan Matharu]: you want to improve the world youneed to improve improve yourself first of all
[Jeevan Matharu]: you know if you [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: improve yourself let’s [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: say you start a business that’s turningover let’s just keep the most simple five
[Jeevan Matharu]: hundred thousand pounds a year you’re takinga hundred thousand pounds of that you might
[Jeevan Matharu]: be able to employ ten fifteen ofyour friends paying ten twenty thirty thousand pounds
[Jeevan Matharu]: a year [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: so you’re uplifting [Nick McGowan]: ah [Jeevan Matharu]: their lives they can put forward foodon the table for their kids the kids
[Jeevan Matharu]: all then have higher self esteem maybebe able
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: to get into better relationships so ithas a knock on effect and you know
[Jeevan Matharu]: you want to [Nick McGowan]: wait [Jeevan Matharu]: make an impact well i know ishould i shall do an impact that it’s
[Jeevan Matharu]: going to effect lot of people wanta positive based approach rather than on negative
[Jeevan Matharu]: based approach so that’s really where thecoaching comes in and finally from from the
[Jeevan Matharu]: sort of professional side the second bookthat’s coming out is a much more inter
[Jeevan Matharu]: active book than the first so youknow that you here as an example neck
[Jeevan Matharu]: it might be that i you’ve gota copy of the book and there’s three
[Jeevan Matharu]: let’s call it sixty six questions ora question to day that you need to
[Jeevan Matharu]: answer so the first question may bewell where do you need to be in
[Jeevan Matharu]: five years time [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: you would then have obviosly a pageto write down your answer there’ll be some
[Jeevan Matharu]: guidance about have you thought about thishave you thought about this and obviously some
[Jeevan Matharu]: for myself and then there’s obviously somefurther
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: pages to [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: to maybe we’ll finally [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: answer slightly in developing action plan sayingokay well if i want to be here
[Jeevan Matharu]: in five years time what daily habitsand daily routines do i need to do
[Jeevan Matharu]: today tomorrow or next week next yearthe year after in order to get there
[Jeevan Matharu]: so that’s really my background [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: from from a deprressional standpoint i’ve done [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: i don’t know i you want toknow about hobbitand stuff as well but you
[Jeevan Matharu]: know i’m not sure exactly [Nick McGowan]: i mean i always appreciate when peopleshare whatever it is that makes them up
[Nick McGowan]: so that’s part of the reason whyi ask the question of what do you
[Nick McGowan]: do for a living and what’s onething that most people don’t know about you
[Nick McGowan]: because typically the people you work withdon’t know the thing that’s kind of one
[Nick McGowan]: of the [Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: most interesting things about you so what’sthat thing that most people don’t know about
[Nick McGowan]: you [Jeevan Matharu]: so most people probably don’t know thati’m a member of mentor if you’re familiar
[Jeevan Matharu]: with the organization [Nick McGowan]: no it’s up [Jeevan Matharu]: so men there is a organization [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: designed for [Nick McGowan]: kay [Jeevan Matharu]: people with high i q so inthe top two percent of i so you
[Jeevan Matharu]: have to [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: take an argue test if you’re inthe top but sent either on the well
[Jeevan Matharu]: the two tests basically there’s a nonverbal and the more verbal base test if
[Jeevan Matharu]: you get in on any of [Nick McGowan]: okay [Jeevan Matharu]: those you are then allowed to enteressentially and it’s not one of those where
[Jeevan Matharu]: now everyone is a gee everyone’s strangeyou know just because you’re intelligence doesn’t mean
[Jeevan Matharu]: that you haven’t got other things orinteresting things about you so that’s something
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: that a lot of people don’t knowi’m a bit in some respects in terms
[Jeevan Matharu]: of i don’t know something let’s saythat off the end of this call there’s
[Jeevan Matharu]: smething that you said that i’m notaware of a something that i know little
[Jeevan Matharu]: about i’ll probably go away [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: point today or tomorrow [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: and have a little read about itjust to keep myself abreast of anything that
[Jeevan Matharu]: i feel that i’ve missed out becauseat the end of the day
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: lot kids are very good at thisthey’re very curious i don’t know i you’ve
[Jeevan Matharu]: got kids or around kids at [Nick McGowan]: no [Jeevan Matharu]: any stage but they ask some strange [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: questions what’s this who’s that what’s [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: this why this and it’s just totry some their environment and i don’t
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: think i’ve really ever lost that [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: and i think that doesn’t stand mein good stead really
[Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: because look at the end of theday questions or everything you know let’s take
[Jeevan Matharu]: your podcast as an example neck youknow if we’re in a coaching session you
[Jeevan Matharu]: would say look i want to increasethe revenue for my podcast although that’s a
[Jeevan Matharu]: good question it will be more aroundthe other questions how can you get better
[Jeevan Matharu]: guests on two podcast [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: how can you reach more p orwhat sort of demographic are you after what
[Jeevan Matharu]: sort of content do you want toput forward are there any
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: collaborations that you can look to incorporateso they’re the real questions not the general
[Jeevan Matharu]: question everyone asks how can i increaserevenue that’s broken down and that’s as i
[Jeevan Matharu]: said what kids are very very goodat asking those
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: direct questions [Nick McGowan]: yeah that’s a great point you knowi don’t have any children but i have
[Nick McGowan]: nieces nephews and cousins and you knowi was a kid at one point
[Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: and i remember asking so many questionsthat would piss my mom off she’d be
[Nick McGowan]: like why [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: because i’m going to kill you that’swhy and i’m like i’m just asking you
[Nick McGowan]: know like help me understand this thingand i realized that over the course of
[Nick McGowan]: time there were a lot of peopleand i think i was runnin aroun maybe
[Nick McGowan]: middle school where people were like i’mnot going to ask questions because now i’m
[Nick McGowan]: starting to see that maybe i don’tknow all the things and you’re going to
[Nick McGowan]: make me feel stupid when i aska question and then people start to veer
[Nick McGowan]: off i love that you still continueto ask questions
[Jeevan Matharu]: yah [Nick McGowan]: i think that’s an important thing thata lot of people
[Jeevan Matharu]: ah [Nick McGowan]: don’t really think a bout because honestlythey’ve gotten so far into life that they
[Nick McGowan]: don’t think about that ship normal theyjust don’t think about the process of thinking
[Nick McGowan]: about things they just kind of movealong
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: and the next thing you know monthsor years later and they’re like i have
[Nick McGowan]: no idea how i’ve been in thisjob for twenty years i’ve idea
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: how we’ve stuck in this relationship orwhat have you and do you think that
[Nick McGowan]: ties in with you being in thatupper two percent tile or do you think
[Nick McGowan]: that’s just something [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: that was to your environment [Jeevan Matharu]: i mean it’s a difficult one interms of the oppertwopercent percent as you said
[Jeevan Matharu]: there’s really two sides to intelligence asfar as i’m concerned one is as you
[Jeevan Matharu]: said the questions and the curiosity toactually delve deeper into things that give you
[Jeevan Matharu]: that that sort of back level filingcabinet worth of knowledge you know you’ve read
[Jeevan Matharu]: let’s say [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: hundred books [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: say twenty percent of that knowledge isstored a concrete basis and then fifty percent
[Jeevan Matharu]: is [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: tangible or intangible in some respects andthen
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: thirty four per cent you don’t rememberat all so that is a really good
[Jeevan Matharu]: knowledge base to reflect other ideas ofthe other type of intelligence that forms part
[Jeevan Matharu]: of that same merit is your processingspeed so for everyone has got lapped up
[Jeevan Matharu]: out there [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: you know you’ve got your eye twothree four five seven and ten processes that
[Jeevan Matharu]: sort of ice is the processing speedso it doesn’t mean that there’s no direct
[Jeevan Matharu]: correlation between success and intelligence dere’s justnot a lot of the
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: time it’s your work [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: ethic your your mentality your mind yourgoal setting the q is just a nice
[Jeevan Matharu]: to have that can maybe help soit doesn’t mean to say that you know
[Jeevan Matharu]: so want to hire any better thananyone else but definitely the questioning does help
[Jeevan Matharu]: i just want to touch as wellon the point that you mentioned about the
[Jeevan Matharu]: kids and the curiosity of kids sometimeswe can learn from kids so greatly that
[Jeevan Matharu]: it’s very understated kids are so honest [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: you’ve probably [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: seen where mom’s aware [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: and the outfit and they ask thekids how do you look you look fat
[Jeevan Matharu]: i don’t like it [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: the reason is so honest because theyhave not had this negative programming they don’t
[Jeevan Matharu]: ask [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: questions with the feeling of i’m likean idiot here they asking the questions on
[Jeevan Matharu]: the basis they just really want toknow the answer
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: and if we could take a leafout of so many kids book it’s frightening
[Jeevan Matharu]: they have such a positive attitude towardslife they’re very inquisitive very honest if they
[Jeevan Matharu]: want to do something they will doit they have massive aspirations i want to
[Jeevan Matharu]: be national i want to be apresident we have been
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: negatively programmed whether it’s from school whetherit’s from the news whether it’s from friends
[Jeevan Matharu]: fam and and that those limiting beliefscan have a real negative effect on where
[Jeevan Matharu]: you could be in three five yearstime you know if you don’t feel that
[Jeevan Matharu]: you could [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: be let’s say a pressin boxer justi don’t know why that just came to
[Jeevan Matharu]: mind you’ll never be a pressonal box [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: us the example of an architect youknow the house that you’re sitting in now
[Jeevan Matharu]: it nick it was [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: first designed in the mind [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: of an architect was drawn down onpaper you know the blue prints it was
[Jeevan Matharu]: then sent to the builder built itit was decorated and here you are with
[Jeevan Matharu]: your photos and your book shelf inthe background yeah life is no different you
[Jeevan Matharu]: know you have to design in yourmind the outcome that you’re after you know
[Jeevan Matharu]: let’s take my book for example idesigned it in my mind first and
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: can okay what do i want froma book great we’ll make the plan of
[Jeevan Matharu]: action and then we’ll start to writethe book and yes along the way a
[Jeevan Matharu]: book a little bit different than thehouse a house has to be much more
[Jeevan Matharu]: finite but as it’s getting built ican amend and adapt things accordingly so
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: you know for all the listeners outthere maybe you want to improve their life
[Jeevan Matharu]: build something in your mind first visualizea business visualize you know the ideal partner
[Jeevan Matharu]: visualize you know the friendship circle youwant to be and visualize the role that
[Jeevan Matharu]: you want unless you can do thatit’s going to be very difficult for something
[Jeevan Matharu]: just to land on your lap withoutany form of specificity about what you’re
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: after that makes sense to me [Nick McGowan]: yeah oh my gosh yeah totally ithink of that kind
[Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: of dichotomy between clarity and [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: just taking action just moving along [Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: on things [Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: because there are a lot of peoplethat will think through so many things and
[Nick McGowan]: then they get stuck in paralysis byanalysis and they just keep thinking
[Jeevan Matharu]: i love [Nick McGowan]: through [Jeevan Matharu]: it [Nick McGowan]: and thinking through and then there areother people that are just almost too simple
[Nick McGowan]: where they’re like well bucket had theidea moving along and they just
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: move along [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: on things but they figured [Jeevan Matharu]: yah [Nick McGowan]: a lot of stuff out now [Jeevan Matharu]: ah [Nick McGowan]: i try to actually [Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: be a balance between those where [Jeevan Matharu]: my [Nick McGowan]: i think through things a bit andi know that i can get lost in
[Nick McGowan]: those thoughts [Jeevan Matharu]: eh [Nick McGowan]: but at the same time i knowthat i can be a bull in a
[Nick McGowan]: china shop so there’s a little [Jeevan Matharu]: m [Nick McGowan]: bit of a gray area to sayhow do you mix the both of them
[Nick McGowan]: together where you can think through youcan think enough about it and go all
[Nick McGowan]: right i got it i’m good andthen just keep walking or start walking so
[Nick McGowan]: how do you work with your clientsto be able to get them to think
[Nick McGowan]: through enough of it that doesn’t holdthem back to then actually start taking those
[Nick McGowan]: steps [Jeevan Matharu]: there’s two phases that come to mindbased on what you’ve said i think the
[Jeevan Matharu]: first one is that the climbing ofa mountain starts with a single step so
[Jeevan Matharu]: as you’ve said you know you needto break down these overwhelming
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: tasks into just take the first stepjust take the second step if
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: you’re driving home late at night ahyou’re driving three and miles away you don’t
[Jeevan Matharu]: need to see the destination to continueto drive
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: all you need to see is thenext two hundred meters with the headlines yea
[Jeevan Matharu]: and you have [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: the faith that you know you’re goingto get there it’s very much a case
[Jeevan Matharu]: of as you said do you wantto go under the paralus by analysis root
[Jeevan Matharu]: or do you want to act toohastily if well
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: too erratically should we say in respectof not
[Nick McGowan]: h [Jeevan Matharu]: sort of know when [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: you’re going so there’s got to bethat sort of fine
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: line and another phrase that incorporates bothof those sides is that where there’s the
[Jeevan Matharu]: obstacle that’s actually the way to gowhat this over thinking does is that if
[Jeevan Matharu]: people [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: see an obstacle they will try andthink their way out of it or how
[Jeevan Matharu]: can i get away from this obstaclehow can i make things easier actually the
[Jeevan Matharu]: fact there is an obstacle there thechallenge s trying to get for that obstacle
[Jeevan Matharu]: using either the skills that you’ve alreadygot or when you get to the obstacle
[Jeevan Matharu]: you will develop new skills at thepoint that you are up at the obstacle
[Jeevan Matharu]: so you know many people don’t [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: like failing but failing is imperative inany walk of life if you’re a kid
[Jeevan Matharu]: you know you try [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: and stand up but you can’t andyou go again you trying more you can’t
[Jeevan Matharu]: then you go again so again takinga leaf out of kids box you know
[Jeevan Matharu]: we don’t we try and avert ourway from danger we stay in a comfort
[Jeevan Matharu]: zone we don’t look at things thatare going to push us forward
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: we don’t have big dreams we tryand play it safe so what i tend
[Jeevan Matharu]: to talk to glass about and lookas a coach you know it’s not up
[Jeevan Matharu]: to me to give you the answersis for us to discuss and you to
[Jeevan Matharu]: come up with your own answer [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: to an extent with some sort of [Nick McGowan]: yep [Jeevan Matharu]: guidance or question and a lot ofthe time it’s just a mind set shift
[Jeevan Matharu]: that’s all it is it’s to lookat things in a slightly different way you
[Jeevan Matharu]: know it’s not what happens to youit’s what you make of it that counts
[Jeevan Matharu]: are you looking at things on anegative basis or a positive basis so
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: as an example if i a tuniclot don’t think of elephants
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: automatically think of elephants [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: whether you want [Nick McGowan]: course [Jeevan Matharu]: to or not and what people tendto do is they will talk about their
[Jeevan Matharu]: life they don’t want they all sayi don’t want to be single i don’t
[Jeevan Matharu]: want to be fact i don’t wantto be poor so conscious doesn’t hear the
[Jeevan Matharu]: don’t just as to act on behalfof what you’ve said so instead of saying
[Jeevan Matharu]: you know i don’t want to besingle why not say i want to be
[Jeevan Matharu]: in a relationship instead they mean thesame thing but they also don’t mean the
[Jeevan Matharu]: same thing [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: you’ve got football [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: team and you say you know don’tlose the game versus win the game
[Nick McGowan]: ye [Jeevan Matharu]: the behavior [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: of the players will be very verydifferent it will be a much more courses
[Jeevan Matharu]: approach versus a more aggressive so soyeah i mean it’s such long question to
[Jeevan Matharu]: answer how do you help clients toto look at whether or not they’re over
[Jeevan Matharu]: thinking or just taking action it’s sucha comprehensive all set or conversation
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: that we need to go through [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: it’s very bespoke for everyone it’s wherethey’re at what fears do they have do
[Jeevan Matharu]: they have fears of failure they haveimpostors in which is a very common one
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: do they have [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: fear of success which again many peopledo and they actually sell sabataked so yeah
[Jeevan Matharu]: it’s [Nick McGowan]: yes [Jeevan Matharu]: i mean i’m plxpluring out a lotof information there but it’s
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: just that you know it all intolinks in a way that obviously when you
[Jeevan Matharu]: get experience in this area you seeall of the sort of coherence
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: between them but [Nick McGowan]: ah [Jeevan Matharu]: also they are very separate so it’strying to manage that to insure that you
[Jeevan Matharu]: know the clients are moving forward inthe best way possible
[Nick McGowan]: yeah you start to see patterns youwill start to see that you’re similar to
[Nick McGowan]: this other guy or this other personi talk to or would have you but
[Nick McGowan]: everybody is different i also like toask those big loaded questions i mean we
[Nick McGowan]: are here on a podcast so iappreciate
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: when somebody jumps in with such ananswer i would almost be pretty shocked if
[Nick McGowan]: i talked to a coach and they’relike it’s easy we knock it out in
[Nick McGowan]: fifteen seconds and like well that’s crazyhow do you figure
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: that out in fifteen seconds you wouldyou know so i can appreciate being able
[Nick McGowan]: to go through and find that stuffout and if we actually span out a
[Nick McGowan]: hundred feet view [Jeevan Matharu]: m [Nick McGowan]: from this and [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: look at this what we’re really talkingabout is the overall awareness and asking the
[Nick McGowan]: right questions and sometimes we as individualscan ask ourselves i can feel like the
[Nick McGowan]: right questions but we can talk ourselvesin or out of different scenarios so sometimes
[Nick McGowan]: it’s just talking to somebody even ifit’s not a coach it’s somebody that’s trusted
[Nick McGowan]: that’s not going to feed you backbullshit and then just go no you’re all
[Nick McGowan]: right you’re okay like you’re totally fineand
[Jeevan Matharu]: mah [Nick McGowan]: i want to encourage people if youdon’t have a coach
[Jeevan Matharu]: my [Nick McGowan]: go get a coach but [Jeevan Matharu]: m [Nick McGowan]: if you’re not going to get acoach least find people that you can talk
[Nick McGowan]: to and you can have those realquestions with and you nail him man being
[Nick McGowan]: able to actually ask the questions willhelp the person get to the answer coaches
[Nick McGowan]: don’t just give answers were not geniesbut we know how to ask the right
[Nick McGowan]: questions to be able to get youmoving and have a body of work to
[Nick McGowan]: be able to say based on theseother things i’ve seen this is how you
[Nick McGowan]: go about it so i know asa coach that you have to go through
[Nick McGowan]: experiences [Jeevan Matharu]: ah [Nick McGowan]: to be able to talk about stuffand it sounds like you’ve got a lot
[Nick McGowan]: of experiences but we haven’t really tappedback into how you grew up and uh
[Nick McGowan]: really anything that has made you whoyou are now so are there any major
[Nick McGowan]: episodes [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: or situations that come to mind thatyou look at and you go man that
[Nick McGowan]: was a moment in time that changedme
[Jeevan Matharu]: well i think there’s there’s [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: two [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: that really come to mind so iactually could have given this as an answer
[Jeevan Matharu]: earlier that you know to one ofthe questions that you asked that was what’s
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: one thing that people don’t know aboutyou
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: i was actually [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: expelled [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: from school so [Nick McGowan]: oh man [Jeevan Matharu]: i went to private school i wasas i said i was in the top
[Jeevan Matharu]: super cent of i c i wasdoing examples early and stuff and i don’t
[Jeevan Matharu]: know whether it was i was notstimulated enough or whether it was just my
[Jeevan Matharu]: personality at that point very immature buti got thrown out of school ah
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: maybe that’s the reason that i ama coach now or very dedicated to the
[Jeevan Matharu]: self improvement maybe [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: because at that point i didn’t havethat sort of direction and wished i had
[Jeevan Matharu]: someone such as [Nick McGowan]: sure [Jeevan Matharu]: myself to actually talk to myself ifthat makes sense
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: and that [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: can [Nick McGowan]: i get [Jeevan Matharu]: be the [Nick McGowan]: that [Jeevan Matharu]: way in life that [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: sometimes something that you needed earlier onin life you end up coming later on
[Jeevan Matharu]: so you know [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: let’s say i’ve seen this where someone’sdad has not been that wealthy and the
[Jeevan Matharu]: carbis always breaking down so the kid [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: ended up becoming a mechanic [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: because of obviously [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: what they experienced in childhood so sometimes [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: things happened for a reason [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: maybe that was that was the reasonthat happened the second of mindtextshift for me
[Jeevan Matharu]: was i was working employed as afinancial advisor i mean i still works financial
[Jeevan Matharu]: advisor as i said as well butthat’s on self employed working for myself basis
[Jeevan Matharu]: but when i was employed i usedto have to travel and all over the
[Jeevan Matharu]: country so obvious you’re not from [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: the u k but if we [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: were to say i was driving forsix hours a day and i was in
[Jeevan Matharu]: meetings for maybe four hours as wellso maybe a ten hour day six of
[Jeevan Matharu]: those [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: were in the car [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: the first few months in the jobi was listening to music as you do
[Jeevan Matharu]: and just the normal ship you knowfor want of a bad phrase
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: after a while i thought well [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: if i was to calculate how manyhours i’m wasting sitting here in the car
[Jeevan Matharu]: six hours a day [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: for six days a week for let’scall it fifty fifty
[Nick McGowan]: okay [Jeevan Matharu]: weeks a year two weeks for occasionof course how much time is that and
[Jeevan Matharu]: let’s say that i use maybe justthree of those hours because obviously six hours
[Jeevan Matharu]: of learning is you can get youget to the point of diminishing returns
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: don’t you where [Nick McGowan]: too much [Jeevan Matharu]: after [Nick McGowan]: eh [Jeevan Matharu]: a certain out of time [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: you know you can’t absorb anything moreand
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: you know as i said i’ve gotmeetings within that time as well
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: so it was a [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: case of well how can i bestuse this time so i stumbled across you
[Jeevan Matharu]: brian traces [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: jim rone’s tony robins [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: et cetera et cetera [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: then obviously as i said i’m verycuriously you veer off a nightingale or this
[Jeevan Matharu]: person this person audiobook [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: etcetera etcetera and really changed my mindand my focus
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: and i realize that instead of chasingmoney as we talked about earlier it’s about
[Jeevan Matharu]: becoming [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: someone valuable i mean amazon like touse the example of amazon people say well
[Jeevan Matharu]: i want a business worth in ofpounds the real question is can you get
[Jeevan Matharu]: me if i don’t know a desklamp can you get me a desk lamp
[Jeevan Matharu]: a reasonable price to my house withintwenty four hours
[Nick McGowan]: no [Jeevan Matharu]: no so you haven’t got a valuenow there’s no value there
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: so you know you have to beable to create a proposition
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: that is worth that value an amazonhas done that and many other
[Nick McGowan]: ye [Jeevan Matharu]: businesses have done that as well butif you look at yourself for the business
[Jeevan Matharu]: what values [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: can you bring what is [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: your personality type what are you naturallygood at what compliments do people give you
[Jeevan Matharu]: you know if you’re cooking for peopleall the time and they’re telling you you
[Jeevan Matharu]: know that’s great chicken or great stakemaybe you’ve got something there maybe know you
[Jeevan Matharu]: could be a chef and should moveaway from your office job maybe
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: if you’ve got an interest in cooking [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: as well that’s a [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: perfect marriage where you can now becomea chef because you love it and you
[Jeevan Matharu]: really got the and that might beyour future success but people tend to forget
[Jeevan Matharu]: those two and they will look atyou now go on the read or total
[Jeevan Matharu]: jobs or i don’t don’t know [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: there’s any different ones there in thestates
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: but they go and he’ll search bysalary i’m on i used to be like
[Jeevan Matharu]: this all the time you searched salarylike this is what i’m after and you’re
[Jeevan Matharu]: trying fit a square peg into roundholes and
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: say well i could maybe [Nick McGowan]: maybe [Jeevan Matharu]: do that [Nick McGowan]: could i oh [Jeevan Matharu]: you know as you change your cvtoffitingall that
[Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: sort of stuff [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: but actually that’s not a great longterm
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: plan because what will happen is twentyyears down the road you’ll be in a
[Jeevan Matharu]: job you hate solersoin job [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: and you along the way you’ve [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: picked up a lot of financial [Nick McGowan]: a [Jeevan Matharu]: obligations that it’s hard to turn awayfrom mortgage payments car payments food
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: maybe you’ve got kids and they’ve goteducational cost so it’s very difficult for you
[Jeevan Matharu]: then to come away from that careerand income so you’ve got to run two
[Jeevan Matharu]: four time jobs rather than one andobviously that can lead to overwhelm and you
[Jeevan Matharu]: know that can have a real negativeimpact on you mental health so yeah and
[Jeevan Matharu]: then everyone you know you said aboutbeing a coach you go though you speak
[Jeevan Matharu]: to people with such different problems yesyou can categorize them to some respect but
[Jeevan Matharu]: also every situation is very very bespoke [Nick McGowan]: h [Jeevan Matharu]: an individual [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: and that’s you know the whole pointreally in having you know a coach or
[Jeevan Matharu]: as you said someone who you wantto speak to what i’ve tended to find
[Jeevan Matharu]: is two key questions when i’ve [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: actually said look you could probably justspeak to your friend you more dad about
[Jeevan Matharu]: a lot of this stuff and there’stwo main reason people don’t want to do
[Jeevan Matharu]: that one is obviously confidentiality and beingjudged by the other person which i totally
[Jeevan Matharu]: get someone who is not in yourclose circle but
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah you want to talk things throughwith because obviously you know you’ve got something
[Jeevan Matharu]: very deep in confidential you don’t necesarilywant it to be with people who are
[Jeevan Matharu]: close to you [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: and the second is that maybe don’ttrust the person enough which
[Nick McGowan]: h [Jeevan Matharu]: totally get [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: if you’re one of the lucky fewwho has someone like
[Nick McGowan]: h [Jeevan Matharu]: that absolutely no use that resource andyou know you can bounce ideas off each
[Jeevan Matharu]: other [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: there’s something called the master mind principleisn’t everything can grow rich where two minds
[Jeevan Matharu]: create a third [Nick McGowan]: h [Jeevan Matharu]: invisible mind [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: you know me you yourself when you’rewith m jones or smith the connection is
[Jeevan Matharu]: very different and your ideas with thatperson are very different
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: so maybe you d need to findsome one different to speak with
[Nick McGowan]: yeah absolutely and you hit it onhit on the right topic there with you
[Nick McGowan]: got to be mindful of who itis that you talk to about certain things
[Nick McGowan]: i know there are certain people [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: that say i don’t want to burdenpeople but that is also real thing if
[Nick McGowan]: somebody is super close to you likeyour your spouse or your partner or even
[Nick McGowan]: your best friend [Jeevan Matharu]: oh [Nick McGowan]: shouldn’t be the one that takes allof those so it can be easy to
[Nick McGowan]: get a therapist or coach or somebodythat’s just outside that has the ability to
[Nick McGowan]: ask the right questions i’d say it’seasier to find a coach that can do
[Nick McGowan]: that because that’s part of our jamthat’s what we do is to ask the
[Nick McGowan]: right questions some people can also findtherapist that can take you a while to
[Nick McGowan]: find the right one but being ableto ask the right questions is super helpful
[Nick McGowan]: and do you have any resources orthoughts or advice for somebody that can start
[Nick McGowan]: asking some of the right questions evenfor themselves to be able to help themselves
[Nick McGowan]: at least a little bit right now [Jeevan Matharu]: yeah i mean again we talked aboutthings being very very per spoke so if
[Jeevan Matharu]: we were to say you’ve got let’stalk about to end of the scale there’s
[Jeevan Matharu]: problems and then there’s things that youwant to improve on so problems could be
[Jeevan Matharu]: that you know you’re going through abad break up or you’ve been you’ve been
[Jeevan Matharu]: sucked from work or you’ve been ablelondon so
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: they’re the sort of negative base problemthat people go through the other side ideas
[Jeevan Matharu]: you know as we talked about beforeis that let’s say you’re a salesman and
[Jeevan Matharu]: your tenth in the ranking list ofa hundred salesmen business and you want to
[Jeevan Matharu]: move to number one how do youup that level so one is improvement and
[Jeevan Matharu]: one is trying to get over orimprove a negative situation start with a negative
[Jeevan Matharu]: first the question you should be askingis well what positives can come from this
[Jeevan Matharu]: so let’s say you’ve been able [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: undo or you’ve [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: lost a job did you even likethe job in the first place
[Nick McGowan]: uh [Jeevan Matharu]: you know what are you upset aboutyou’re upset about the fact that you’re not
[Jeevan Matharu]: bringing in an income or that youactually love the job and you’re missing that
[Jeevan Matharu]: so [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: first of all hich one of thoseis true another question well now that you’ve
[Jeevan Matharu]: freed from time what could i domoving forward
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: what is my passion what other opportunitiescould i be taking on board who in
[Jeevan Matharu]: my network circle could i lean uponor use not not using obviously negative way
[Jeevan Matharu]: but as a collaborate with to [Nick McGowan]: sure [Jeevan Matharu]: to start something what business have ibeen wanting to start the up and start
[Jeevan Matharu]: could i travel the world so theall questions that come off the back of
[Jeevan Matharu]: blsmbonther sad the other end of thescale is
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: the improvement side so again you knowfrom moving from number ten let’s say best
[Jeevan Matharu]: salesman in the business to number onequestions could be but what’s the number one
[Jeevan Matharu]: guy doing that i’m not doing ishe does he speak better than you is
[Jeevan Matharu]: he better looking than you is hashe been at the business for longer
[Nick McGowan]: um [Jeevan Matharu]: does he work longer than hours [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: than you does he have preferential treatmentfrom those within the business and then the
[Jeevan Matharu]: secondary questions off there as well solet’s say that he does get preferential treatment
[Jeevan Matharu]: from those within the business great howcould you get that preferential treatment is the
[Jeevan Matharu]: guy that makes the decision [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: friend or a foe if he’s afoe how can you make him a friend
[Jeevan Matharu]: what can you offer him but whatscratches his back everyone’s got a thumb screw
[Jeevan Matharu]: i think it was for laws ofpower by robert green so robert green says
[Jeevan Matharu]: every man has his thumb screw whichmeans their weakness or something that they are
[Jeevan Matharu]: something that really ticks with them ifthat makes sense so if someone into horse
[Jeevan Matharu]: race and you say i’ve got thespare ticket
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: for horse racing you act to goin that’s the guy that’s going to help
[Jeevan Matharu]: you maybe that might start [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: spark relationship so i mean there’s infinitequestions in it there’s no
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: this question is really going to helpit’s a case of you sitting down and
[Jeevan Matharu]: saying okay pen paper works great yeahthis is my problem or this is what
[Jeevan Matharu]: i want to improve on questions subsequentquestions subsequent questions action points the only way
[Jeevan Matharu]: it can work and you know [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: if you aren’t finding the right questionsget rid of all destructions meditate maybe before
[Jeevan Matharu]: you go to bed and then rightdown the questions
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: meditation i tend to use this metaphorso i know in the states you have
[Jeevan Matharu]: a post box outside the front ofyour house and you want to drive like
[Jeevan Matharu]: a post box on [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: the road where you put your lettersinto
[Nick McGowan]: yep [Jeevan Matharu]: if you don’t clear that post boxout it’s filled full of letters and there’s
[Jeevan Matharu]: too much information in there meditation ismuch like clearing out that letter box so
[Jeevan Matharu]: you’ve got a clear mind a clearletter box
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: that allows new information and new lettersto come in so once you’ve cleared your
[Jeevan Matharu]: mind you’ll be surprised if the ideasthat come to mind you you know what
[Jeevan Matharu]: i didn’t i don’t think about that [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: pen and paper mark raliswas i don’tlike throw around the word hero or legend
[Jeevan Matharu]: very often because they are vastly overused but he’s
[Nick McGowan]: was close though [Jeevan Matharu]: person that don’t sorry sorry [Nick McGowan]: he was close i mean he waspretty much a hero back in the day
[Jeevan Matharu]: a this is it so so he’syou know philosopher emprostoic i don’t know i
[Jeevan Matharu]: you’ve read his two [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: into meditations but so of stuff inthere is just ridiculous he’s so elequelt with
[Nick McGowan]: oh my gosh [Jeevan Matharu]: his understanding [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: of the psyche and how things workbut
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: to ofvouslycover the point i was iwas going to mention with gaston markets he
[Jeevan Matharu]: used to say well at night timeyou need to look at what did you
[Jeevan Matharu]: learn today what could you have improvedon maybe right down in the journal yet
[Jeevan Matharu]: when you actually [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: sleep your mind is processing all thisinformation i don’t know about you but i’ve
[Jeevan Matharu]: had this experience where i’ve woke upin the morning and the idea is come
[Jeevan Matharu]: this is what i need to do [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: i know that’s the right answer soif you can clear your mind before you
[Jeevan Matharu]: go to sleep and give your minda chance to work at its optimum level
[Jeevan Matharu]: you’ll be surprised [Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: how fast answers come to you andlo sometimes life doesn’t go as planned but
[Jeevan Matharu]: there’s always good things that can comefrom that always there’s always
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: a positive jim runs put this thebest let’s say that you’re sitting in the
[Jeevan Matharu]: most beautiful location looking out the windowand there i don’t know the sand and
[Jeevan Matharu]: the sea or mountains or whatever itmay be don’t be the guy who complains
[Jeevan Matharu]: about the specks on the window ofall the
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: positives that are [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: there don’t look at that one nenegative situation again if you’ve got loads negative
[Jeevan Matharu]: situations or problems with your life lookat the one positive you’ve broken up i
[Jeevan Matharu]: move on what did you like aboutthat relationship and what was missing that you
[Jeevan Matharu]: could maybe find in your [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: next one look and focus on thatpositive if you focus on negatives negative things
[Jeevan Matharu]: focus on positive the positive things soas a man thinkers james allen you know
[Jeevan Matharu]: you are what you think about allday long you yourself as a champion you
[Jeevan Matharu]: will become one or so you don’tbecome one at least you will do the
[Jeevan Matharu]: actions and the routines that will giveyou the strongest likehood of becoming one at
[Jeevan Matharu]: some point that makes sense [Nick McGowan]: hm [Nick McGowan]: and i appreciate you being on theshow i appreciate you getting into as much
[Nick McGowan]: detail as you’ve gotten into we’re abouttime to wrap up but i want to
[Nick McGowan]: ask is there one piece of advicethat you’d give somebody that’s on their
[Jeevan Matharu]: yeah [Nick McGowan]: path towards self mastery [Jeevan Matharu]: oh i just think you’ve got tohave the right dedication and you’ve got to
[Jeevan Matharu]: want to do it for yourself notfor anyone else if we look at a
[Jeevan Matharu]: tree [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: as an example [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: trees tend to grow to the higheststrong as they can be so when when
[Jeevan Matharu]: the seed is planted it will growas tall as it can go humans don’t
[Jeevan Matharu]: tend to do that [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: they will smoke they’ll [Nick McGowan]: h [Jeevan Matharu]: drink they’ll eat fried chicken and donameat and all the rest of it why
[Jeevan Matharu]: not become more like a tree wouldit not
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: be great to see what you couldaccomplish if you were to fill your potential
[Jeevan Matharu]: if you could fill your potential youcould
[Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: provide more for your kid your spouseyou you look after your parents you could
[Jeevan Matharu]: travel to all these locations that youwanted to your bucket list could be ticked
[Jeevan Matharu]: off you know there’s so much thatcould happen from fulfilling your potential and the
[Jeevan Matharu]: only way to do that is tounderstand what your potential is be dedicated disciplined
[Jeevan Matharu]: and have a plan of action andif obviously you need assistance with direction that’s
[Jeevan Matharu]: where your friend your family or acoach comes in to help you navigate through
[Jeevan Matharu]: that [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: first sings versus you need to havethe aspiration first and foremost as we talked
[Jeevan Matharu]: about with the architect to design andbuild a house you need to have you
[Jeevan Matharu]: need to have in your mind theperson that you want to become
[Nick McGowan]: yeah [Jeevan Matharu]: and reverse engineer it that way youknow if i want to become a pofessional
[Jeevan Matharu]: sucsucerplayer as you guys call it [Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: there’s no point in me playing thecross every day is
[Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: because those actions and those dreams haveno correlation
[Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: so a lot of the time peopleare doing that they want to be an
[Jeevan Matharu]: aston and they’re working in an mino i mean the chance of view becoming
[Jeevan Matharu]: nat from working an [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: man job is the cypricalof [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: infinity it’s never going to happen soyou’ve got to give yourself the strongest likelihood
[Nick McGowan]: hm [Jeevan Matharu]: of [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: what you’re after [Nick McGowan]: m [Jeevan Matharu]: recurring [Nick McGowan]: wat [Jeevan Matharu]: it might even occur but you’ve gotto play the percentages that’s probably my final
[Jeevan Matharu]: advice [Nick McGowan]: that’s good stuff man well again iappreciate you being on where can people find
[Nick McGowan]: and connect with you [Jeevan Matharu]: so i’m sure you’ll probably share iton the sort of bio with the podcast
[Jeevan Matharu]: in terms of the coaching side vanquishedtransformation al coaching which obvious you can find
[Jeevan Matharu]: on google again the link will bein the bio books wise become a person
[Jeevan Matharu]: of value is on amazon world wideso you can get a hard copy or
[Jeevan Matharu]: book there new book will be outtowards the end of the year so i
[Jeevan Matharu]: have to keep an eye [Nick McGowan]: oh [Jeevan Matharu]: for that guys but yeah that’s thebest way to keep in touch
[Nick McGowan]: it’s awesome an we’ll get van thankyou for being on the show appreciate your
[Nick McGowan]: time [Jeevan Matharu]: thanks very much nick thanks for havingme and it’s been a fantastic conversation
[Jeevan Matharu]: we are yeah
